More **** and scoop bags in parks
We need biodegradable **** and scoop bags in and around city parks and facilities. Also the addition of garbage bins for them.

I agree there are a lot of dogs in Barrie and there are not enough dog dog bags or garbages around town.
And also if the south end dog park can be better maintained with better seating, maybe some coverage when it's hot or in the winter.
