    It's about water being able to seep through the stones/grass. If you cover everything in asphalt, that's how flooding occurs.

    If I am going to pay taxes for this, then it should be for all. If we are going to create a two tier system where seniors get help and the rest of the population has to pay for it, I will happily opt out.

    Why would this be any different than walking into a restaurant or store and paying for the services you are using? Pay for your parking like everyone else. Its a 1.25 an hour.

  4. Lower property taxes for elderly, lower income and people with disabilities. Lower taxes to avoid homelessness.

    Need taxes to pay for all of the centres to help pay for the substance abuse and housing the homeless.

    Everyone struggles - but it shouldn't be on the rest of the world to pay for your struggles.
