As a senior who lives across from a pregnant corner, the plough leaves a wide heavy and high windrow wake of snow that’s impossible for me to clear. I have hired a service but even they say the city should address this volume on the street. Is there still a specific ploughing policy on clearing roads at pregnant corners anymore?
