    I am disabled, a single mother and my 2 adult children are also disabled. I am not longer able to do this myself and we will often be plowed in and have to wait for our hired plow to be able to come and clear. Windrow clearing by the city would decrease the chance of an emergency situation happening and us not being able to get help quickly.
