Implement an Idling Control Bylaw, limit car idling to 1 minute every hour
Vehicles should not be permitted to idle for more than 1 minute every 60 minutes. Vehicle emissions are a contributing factor in climate change. By reducing unnecessary idling we can improve air quality.

This bylaw has already been enacted in many municipalities in Ontario including Toronto.
