Higher speed limits for roads 4 lanes and more
Many highly travelled roads in Barrie are still 50 km limits. If a road is 4 lanes or more and without unsafe curves, limits should be higher to help move traffic along on busy roads. Many cities have 60-80 km limits. Why don’t we? Ticketing profit? Residential is understandable but Yonge st? Bayfield? Let’s keep the cars moving
What? Most cars are already going 60 to 70 on Yonge St. Good luck getting to that speed on Bayfield St going thru the City portion. Why is everyone in a hurry just to stop?
